Carberry Motorcycle, is an Australian brand that customizes Royal Enfield motorcycles and also built stand-alone engines for cruiser bikes. The brand in association with Jaspreet Singh Bhatia, a businessman from Drug district in India, has started a company named Dream Engines and Modifications (DEM) in early 2016. Now, Mr. Paul Carberry, creates all Royal Enfield antiques with Carberry engine by using churn of his engineering skills. The reason behind setting down in India, is the availability of parts as it is home of RE, which turns out in favour of Carberry.

Recently, the custom brand has revealed a new 1000cc V-twin engine that is entitled as Double Barrel 1000.
Interestingly, the outcome is a combination of two 500cc Royal Enfield engines. As per the company, the Double Barrel is an air-cooled, overhead valve, pushrod motor with an 84mm bore and 90mm stroke. This 55-degree motor is efficient enough to propel out the astounding power output of 56.23bhp and 108 Nm of peak torque. It is BS-IV compliant carbureted engine and company claims a fuel injected trim of the engine is also in process.

As expected, Carberry Motorcycles could launch custom motorcycles underpinned with the same 1000cc V-twin engine in the coming months.
