The American car making company, Chevrolet has been getting an appreciable love from the Indian car enthusiasts. Now, the market reports are saying that the manufacturer is aiming to introduce two new models early next year in our country with the name Spin and Spin Activ in MPV and compact SUV segments, respectively. Both of these upcoming vehicles are presumed to allure the heart of everyone at the first impression as Chevrolet is expected to adorn these products with the captivating components.
Let's have a look on the Spin aka Essentia, this model will be available in seven seat configurations alongside steering mounted audio control, touchscreen infotainment system, satellite navigation and reverse parking camera. Safety wise, it seems to have ABS and dual airbags, but the confirmed details are yet to be unveiled. Mechanical features are also under speculations, saying that the MUV would receive a 1.3 litre diesel engine to offer the power of 89 bhp and torque of 205 Nm.
Coming to the Chevrolet Spin Activ aka Ultiva, this compact SUV will mark its presence in five seat configurations and anticipated to have the same features as the Spin MUV. Mechanically, a 1.3 litre diesel engine is likely to be carried from the former one. Chevrolet might commence the production for both of these models at the GM's Halol plant in Gujrat.
