The Italian motorcycle manufacturer has announced its Monster line-up for the Indian fanatics. The firm has recently made its comeback in India and the while its re-introduction; it has come-up with an almost entire range of sports motorcycles. Initially, the Ducati has opened up first showroom in Gurgaon, Haryana, showcasing the entire offered line-up. Now, for its Monster series of naked sports motorcycles, the firm has made an announcement that they will be offering Monster 821 as the minimal displaced motorcycle, instead of Monster 795 and 796.

The Ducati Monster 821 was newly launched in 2014 and will soon be making its availability in the country by the month of June, 2015. It's not only India, the Monster 795 and 796 were being replaced by the elder brother in several other international markets. As of now, the firm is clearing its available and limited stock of both the motorcycles, as less than 40 are remaining.
The remaining products making their appearance in the Ducati's product portfolio are Hypermotard, Multistrada, Street-fighter, Diavel and Superbike. The segment ruler, i.e. the Ducati Superbike 1299 Panigale R will also be offered for the Indian Superbike fanatics. The Ducati Monster 821 is powered by a 821cc Testastretta engine, which is mated to a 6-speed transmission. The liquid-cooled engine is tuned by the Italian boffins to generate a maximum power of 112 BHP @ 9250 RPM and a peak torque of 89.4 Nm @ 7750 RPM.
The naked street-fighter, Ducati Monster 821 is designed around a tubular trellis steel frame and houses an eight-level traction control system, ride-by-wire throttle featuring three riding modes. The naked styling acquired by the Ducati Monster 821 is highly appealing with its puffed-up fuel tank, solo riding experience and lavishly designed exhaust tail. The naked motorcycle will be launching over the Indian shores in the month of June, 2015 and would be carrying an expected price tag of Rs 9 Lacs (Ex-showroom Delhi).
