Ducati Sold 100 Bikes in Mumbai, India

The Italian bike maker, Ducati is an inspiration for those people, who failed in the first attempt to get success. Ducati came to India in 2008 in via concatenate with Precision Motors. In June 2015 the company has made an announcement regarding its comeback in India. The Ducati is back on the track again by selling 100 motorcycles via Mumbai dealership.

Currently, Ducati sales its products via total three outlets which are located in Delhi, Mumbai and (the biggest outlet in the world) Gurgaon. In these dealerships, Ducati offers the entire range of its products as Scrambler, Monster, Diavel, Panigale, HyperMotard, MultiStrada and HyperStrada. Now the company is planing to open the new showrooms in Bangalore and other major cities. From the Ducati side, the most selling bikes are Scrambler and the Diavel. Panigale R is the most expensive bike in Ducat's line up which holds the price range of INR 46lakhs(Ex-showroom, Delhi). The Panigale R competes against the Kawasaki Ninja H2 which is available in the country at INR 29 lakhs. The company brought the entire range of bikes through the CBU route in Indian two wheeler market.

Talking about the Scrambler, the sports bike is priced at Rs.6.38 lakhs(Ex-showroom, Mumbai).This cheapest vehicle currently available in the Indian market. It is manufactured at the its Thailand plant. It gets an air-cooled, L-Twin and 800cc engine which churns out the maximum power of 74PS and peak torque of 68Nm. While, the Diavel is powered by an air-cooled, L-Twin and 1198cc motor which produces an appreciable power of 162PS and the superb torque of 130.5Nm. The bike is selling on the price tag of Rs.13.82lakhs.
