Ducati World, Theme Park to Open in Italy by 2019

The Italian exotic bike maker, Ducati in order to offer a thrilling biking experience to brand lovers and motorcycle enthusiasts, is looking to open a Ducati theme park named as Ducati World by 2019. At the park that will be spread over a 115,000 square foot branded area, located inside the Mirabilandia theme park on the North East coast of Italy, will give a chance of experiencing the roller coaster ride, riding simulations and witnessing Ducati memorabilia.

As defined by Alessandro Cicognani, Ducati Licensing and Corporate Partnership Director,"Ducati World will give visitors a chance to live an exciting journey inside the Ducati brand. Thanks to this agreement, together with (park operator) Parques Reunidos we're developing the first motorcycle themed area in an Italian amusement park. Mirabilandia location, at the heart of the Motor Valley, adds further value to this project dedicated to fun."

The things that will be really interesting to experience at the Ducati world will include a museum to witness iconic motorcycles developed by the bike maker through the years. The roller coaster ride on Ducati replica, riding simulations, and virtual reality options that at least will give you a chance to ride Andrea Dovizioso's Ducati in a virtual environment. Furthermore, you could purchase Ducati memorabilia and merchandise.

Being considered as a haven for the brand lovers and biking enthusiasts, the Ducati World is expected to open to the public in 2019. As fondly renowned as the Ferrari of motorcycle, Ducati, in order to expand its presence globally, is going to walk on the similar foot-steps taken by Maranello based carmaker with the Ferrari theme park.
