H-D Project Livewire will play a part in 'Avengers: Age of Ultron'

Last month, we received some glimpses of the Harley-Davison electric motorcycle during the shooting going on in South Korea. These images reveal that the H-D is planning to launch a brand new electric motorcycle in the coming days. And, now when the motorcycle was revealed by the company, the bike has been on a promotional tour all across the United States.The Project Livewire in Avengers

After getting a test ride of the electric bike while 'The Experience Tour' in the USA, which was started on 24th June, 2014, the company has made a recent announcement regarding its first electric motorcycle in San Diego. Harley-Davidson along with Marvel Comics will be showcasing the electric motorcycle, which comes under Project Livewire, in the upcoming movie; Avengers: Age of Ultron. The Project Livewire will be handled by the Natasha Romanoff (cast played by Hollywood actress Scarlett Johansson), and Scarlett will be riding this motorcycle during an epic scene with Captain America in the movie.

Dino Bernacchi, Director of U.S. Marketing at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, said, "Our partnership with Marvel continues to provide thrilling platforms to showcase our latest innovations to existing and new fans of the brand, Not one, but two bikes will be featured in Avengers: Age of Ultron – Project LiveWire and the all-new Street 750, which is now available at Harley-Davidson dealerships".

Hence, according to the Motor Company, two motorcycles will be making their appearance in the upcoming movie; the first one will be the Project Livewire, electric motorcycle and the second one should be the recently launched Street 750, which is available in India also.

Instead of having an electric battery, the Project Livewire does not lack performance in any manner. The motorcycle is capable to reach a top speed of 90 KMPH. The electric motorcycle will be available for test ride in San Diego from 25th-26th July. And, based on the feedback given by the riders, the company will decide the future of the Project Livewire.
