Accessories. The company had earlier used the services of e-commerce website Snapdeal. The company at that time had sold over 500,000 two-wheelers via the snapdeal’s platform.
With www.hgpmart.com, Hero has delivered a great e-commerce experience backed by simplicity and ease of use. The platform allows customers to buy their products in 3 simple steps –
1. Depending on their particular Hero two-wheeler, the customer must select the two-wheeler make/ model
2. Customer than needs to select the ‘Part Category’
3. Finally, the customer must select the genuine parts it wants to buy for their motorcycles and select purchase.
Hero promises a one-click purchase experience from the cozy comfort of the buyer home. This initiative is a welcome move as it will allow customers to buy and scooters, at the click of a button, from the comfort of their homes.
