Hero MotoCorp Recorded 1 Lakh sales of Two-Wheelers on Snapdeal

Now these days, the trend of online shopping is on the boom. The people, who are virtually active on the e-commerce websites and believing in easy access of the products without wasting their time, are preferring online shopping. Alongside, the online purchasing of mobiles, clothes, electronic appliances and miscellaneous items, now, can buy two wheelers also. Many companies are collaborating with the e-commerce websites to display their products.

Snapdeal-Hero MotoCorp

After tying up with Snapdeal, the India’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer, Hero MotoCorp, has recorded huge sales of around INR 500 Crore. Virtually, the company has sold 1 lakh units of motorcycles and scooters online on the e-commerce portal, Snapdeal. The company has displayed almost entire range of products including motorcycles and scooters with all the available variants and colors. The firm is offering almost all the products on the Snapdeal such as Karizma, Karizma ZMR, Hero Maestro, Hero Pleasure, Passion XPRO, Passion Pro, the entire range of Splendor, etc. The buyers also get free insurance on the online booking of the product. With the great success, now, the company plans to set up their own online retail portal and a virtual showroom which should go live soon. The success of great sales is achieved in just six months, as the company has tied-up with the Snapdeal in the last month of previous year and had received a tremendous response too.

Recently, the Piaggio has also collaborated with Snapdeal to sell its exquisite range of Vespa products online. Whereas, the Mahindra is already selling its two-wheelers and SUV range online.
