Honda Activa 3G:- The 3rd Generation has Landed, Details Inside

It was just yesterday, when we've got to hear about the upcoming 3rd generation Honda Activa. The scooter was spotted while it was being tested by its manufacturer. And, now, let me get you through another surprising news, the Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India has launched the all new Honda Activa 3G in India during the Press Conference. The newly launched 3rd generation scooter can also be said as the updated version of the existing 110cc displaced scooter offered by the firm. The 3G indicates the 3rd generation of the scooter, as it has made its appearance as the third variant in this series of scooters.

The newly introduced Honda Activa 3G is being updated with some additional cosmetic features such as blinkers, tail-lamp, newly designed side panels. The scooter has gone through some of the mechanical changes as well, but continuing with the very same engine displacement. The Honda Activa 3G is powered with the previously introduced 109.2cc displaced engine carrying a single-cylinder motor configuration. The engine it mated to a CVT transmission and is tuned to belt out a maximum power of 8 BHP and a peak torque of 8.74 Nm. To enhance the performance of the vehicle, the manufacturer has installed its very own HET (Honda Eco Technology).

The most noticeable cosmetic changes in the Honda Activa 3G are the shiny 3D badge over the side panels, which says "Acitva 3G" and the metallic body of the scooter. The manufacturer has installed various enhanced technical features in the scooter such as tubeless tyres, maintenance free battery, Keylock shutter and combined braking system. According to the company, it will be giving an amazing mileage of 60 KMPL.

The HMSI will be offering the all new Honda Activa 3G in two new vibrant colors, i.e. Trance Blue Metallic and Lusty Red Metallic, accompanying the existing White, Black and Grey paint scheme options. The 3rd generation scooter offered by the Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India will be making its availability carrying a new price tag of Rs 48,852 (Ex-Showroom Delhi).
