Intermot: Suzuki Reveals New 2017 GSX-S750

Suzuki Motorcycles has found the existing INTERMOT Motorcycle event, the best platform to roll out its new middleweight naked roadster- 2017 GSX-R750. As the Intermot is one of the high-profile motorcycle show in the world. Around 1,000 manufacturers, over 200,000 trade visitors, motorcycle enthusiasts and media representatives from more than 100 countries are taking part in this essential event of the automobile industry.

Evidently, witnessing the athletic profile in terms of design, stance and performance, this 2017 GSX-S70 is keeping the same underpinnings of the outgoing model under the skin. Carrying forward the family resemblance, the GSX-S750 is embellished with fresh and improved features fitments. The highlighted from all the attributes are redesigned swingarm, latest 10-spoke cast aluminum spoke wheels wrapped with durable Bridgestone S21s measuring 120/70ZR17 & 180/55ZR17, tapered handlebars. The comparatively considered transformation from the older one is the use of matt black bits in the place of cheap looking chrome work to give it a more mature feel.

The important duty of propelling this new naked roadster will be performed by the four-stroke, liquid-cooled, Inline-four, DOHC engine with the 749cc displacement. In fact, this mechanical fitting is still a street-tuned version, which has been carried over from the preeminent 2005 GSX-R750 engine. The made refinement by adding new crankcase ventilation holes to the powertrain has improved the peak power output by 8PS. The cumulative power is now rated at 113PS.

Apart from this, the new GSX-S750 gets the electronic features like Suzuki’s advanced traction control system, crank position sensor, throttle position sensor and gear position sensor. The facility of opting riding modes and completely turning off the system are also being provided. The dumping duties are under the supervision of 41mm KYB inverted front forks and the rear mono shock with preload adjustability. While the braking will be done by the Nissin radial calipers connected to a 310mm floating disc and ABS as standard.

This GSX-S750 naked beast is being offered in the colour option of Metallic Triton Blue/ Glass Sparkle Black, Metallic Matt Black, and Pearl Mire Red. Not a word about its Indian emergence has been spoken by the Suzuki.
