Isuzu MU-X Facelift Caught While Testing In India

The Isuzu MU-X facelift has been caught while testing in the country along with some cosmetic revisions. The company introduced the MU-X in the country in 2017 and at that time, the facelift was available already in some global markets. Now, after a year its introduction in India, the test mules have been spotted while testing in the country suggesting a launch in the upcoming months.

The MU-X facelift is expected to take LED daytime running lights, projector headlamps and some changes to the front bumpers. The revision list further includes an updated rear bumper, LED elements fitted in the tail-lamps and a set of new alloy wheels. The remaining details about the car retain its place, so it makes a butch road presence along with a rigid ladder-frame construction.

You are likely to notice the big changes inside the car, with a dual-tone beige-and-black color theme with a refurbished dashboard replacing all-black dashboard. The dashboard as well obtains artificial wood trim enhancing the cabin appearance with the addition of some soft-touch bits. The center fascia of the MU-X facelift considering the dash is expected to obtain a fresh set up of touchscreen infotainment system and a silver surround. The seat upholstery setup is as well expected to get a different look as compared with the cars sold previously. The Isuzu MU-X is expected to take power from a 177hp 3.0-litre diesel engine along with either four or two-wheel drive system paired to a 5-speed automatic converter. Although, the global version obtains a six-speed automatic option along with the engine which can be carved to make its way to India as well.
