Kawasaki Unveiled First Appearance of 2016 Ninja ZX 10R

For the bike lovers, there's a good news that Kawasaki has revealed the first teaser of its upcoming new bike named as 2016 Ninja ZX-10R globally. When you see the promotional image of the bike, it reminds you of the Ninja H2/H2R teasers, but it's not like that. This new generation bike might borrow some of the aspects, such as mechanical, design and technology elements from Ninja H2/H2R.

As, it's not officially disclosed, but the first image of the bike gives hint of a Ninja H2 style Mirror Coated Black, which is also present in it. This new model will surely attract the current generation and the company has also given the surity to continue the development of the road going Ninja ZX-10R concept along with other new models. Mr. Jonathan Rea and Mr. Tom Sykes are the designers of the 2016 Ninja ZX- 10R and the company believes that both have developed the most competitive and potent Ninja ZX-10R yet.

Commenting on the new model, Mr. Yoshimoto Matsuda, the Project Leader for KHI said, “This is not a “clean sheet” design as the current Ninja ZX-10R is such a good base to develop from. With the new model we have focused our development resources on an overall engineering and performance improvement. We are proud of the result, it means a significant advance in terms of both chassis and engine performance as well as providing the platform to introduce new, state of the art rider aids and other technology”.

As of now, the price of the bike has not been decided, but it will depend on the components and technologies used in the model. It might be more expensive than the current generation model and the expected cost is between INR 25-30 Lakh in India. The launch of the bike will be hosted in the October 2015 at the event in Barcelona, Spain, then you will get more details and features about the 2016 Ninja ZX-10R.
