2018 Maruti Ertiga To Launch Globally This Month

The 2018 Maruti Ertiga (2018 Suzuki Ertiga) is vital for the company not only in sense of India production but also for Indonesia as well, as their MPVs are more powerful market than PV market. As per the Autonetmagz report, it is about to debut at IMS 2018 this month.

Spied images reveal that the next-gen Maruti Ertiga will be bigger in appearance as compared to the existing Maruti Ertiga. Even though lengthwise also it will be longer than the original model and this time it takes more rakish back glass. Further, it appears attractive with Swift’s Heartect platform and a longer of 2,450 mm.

The existing Maruti Ertiga model is powered by a K14B 1.4-litre VVT petrol engine and a D13A 1.3-litre DDiS diesel engine choices. The company is likely to supersede the Fiat-sourced diesel engine to a new 1.5-litre diesel engine manufactured by Suzuki. Although, it is not sure till now that whether the company will launch the new engine in the updated model from the starting or debut it at a later stage. Concerning the 1.4-litre petrol engine, it could receive a replacement to a 1.5-litre petrol engine that according to a report is scheduled for the facelifted Maruti Ciaz.

The 2018 Maruti Ertiga will be available in India during the second half of 2018 and after the 2018 Maruti Ciaz to come on the market.
