Mercedes-Benz C-Class 'Edition C' Launched in India at INR 42.54 Lakh

Mercedes-Benz that is a renowned luxury carmaker in India, has launched the \'Edition C\' variant of the C-Class. This special edition is available with C 200, C 220 d and C 250 d Avantgarde variants. The prices for this new Edition C range start from Rs 42.54 lakh for the C200 petrol and goes up to Rs 46.87 lakh for the top end C250d Diesel. While the tried and tested C220 trim is on sale at Rs 43.54 lakh. All the mentioned prices are applicable at ex-showroom (India).

The newly launched Edition C received updates at both the exterior and interior front. Exterior-wise, with the addition of a new sportier bumper that resembles the C43 and a new rear spoiler, the existing C-Class variants got enhanced in sportier appeal. Other highlights of the C-Class \'Edition C\' are front apron spoiler, 17-inch 5 twin-spoke alloy wheels painted in gloss black to comply with the front splitter and gloss black rear spoiler and Edition C badge as well. Moreover, a new shade of \'Designo\' Hyacinth Red is also been added for this C-Class ‘Edition-C’ variant.

Updated interior of the ‘Edition-C’ is now embellished with a black ash wood trim on the center console and the dashboard. Other interior features include stainless steel Sports pedals with embossed rubber studs, LED logo projector for front doors to welcome owners with the Mercedes-Benz logo and Garmin Map Pilot SD card navigation system standard across all variants.

Launched by Roland Folger, Managing Director and CEO, Mercedes-Benz India, the C-Class \'Edition C\' will be available across all the dealerships in the country. Speaking about this special edition, Mr. Folger said, "The C-Class had been a spectacular success story in the Indian market and has sold over 27,500 units since its debut in India. We are confident that the \'Edition C\' will retain its top billing and discerning customers will find a lot of value in the product."
