Mercedes CLA Facelift All Set to Launch in India on November 30

Mercedes-Benz is gearing up to bring the updated version of the luxury compact sedan CLA in India on this November 30. This new model will only receive cosmetic changes, while mechanically the mid-sized sedan remains identical to its forerunner model. The updated CLA will borrow its new implements such as new headlamps, revised bumpers, radiator grille and alloy wheels from the current generation Mercedes A-Class.

On the Inside, the cabin is expected to get a revised switchgear, new steering wheel, instrument cluster, premium upholstery and a larger 8.0-inch COMAND smart infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
Beneath the hood, the updated luxury compact sedan Mercedes CLA is expected to remain identical to its successor. It will be offered with the same petrol as well as diesel mills, which are coupled with a 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission system sending its generated power to the front wheels.

A 2.0 litre four cylinder petrol mill is capable of churning out an awesome power of 182 bhp at 5,500 rpm and stately torque of 300 Nm between 1,200 to 1,400 rpm. In just 7.8 seconds, the CLA 200 can achieve the speed of 100 km/h from a stand still position before hitting a top speed of 235 km/h with ARAI validate fuel efficiency of 15.04 km/l.

On the other hand, the diesel version comprises a 2.2 litre four-cylinder CDI engine to generate standard power of 134 bhp between 3,600 to 4,400 rpm and 300 Nm of torque between 1,600 to 3,000 rpm including appreciable mileage of 17.9 km/l. This model accelerates from o to 100 km in only 9,8 seconds ahead of rendering the top speed of 220 km/h.
