Mercedes to Launch S-Guard on May 21 in India

The Indian luxury car market has crossed all the limits from past and now it is soaring high at sky-high charts. There are many car makers who are willing to join competition like Jeep, Maybach and others to explore the growth. However, the German trio of Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz are still sitting atop in India. Now, there already are many cars which are going to be launched this year in the country and one of them is Mercedes-Benz S-Guard, launching on May 21. This S-Guard is strengthen version of regular S-Class sedan, which is already available in India and is the most prestigious one as well.

Powering this car is a 6.0 Litre V12 exclusive engine, which is good to produce 530 PS power and 830 NM torque as well. It has been mated to a 7-speed dual clutch transmission to deliver power to its wheels. Talking about the difference this S600-Guard version has from the regular S-Class, then it is equipped with thicker windows, underbody plating to counter IED attack, protection from VR-9-Level ballistic and much more. The car can also run 28 Kilometers on zero air pressure, thanks to its Michelin PAX run flat tyres.
