Moto Guzzi V7 II to Arrive in India Soon

The Italian motorcycle manufacturer is now planning to enter into the Indian boundaries. Moto Guzzi, the well-famed motorcycle manufacturer from the Italy is expected to come down to India anytime soon in the fiscal year. Currently, the Piaggio is the one, who is selling out the Moto Guzzi motorcycles in the country. The products are being sold on order-only basis. With the arrival of the various international motorcycle manufacturers in the country, the competition is becoming tougher each passing day. Although, the Moto Guzzi is not the first Italian motorcycle manufacturer, who is arriving in the Indian two-wheeler market.

Moto-Guzzi-V7-II-Stone

In order to enter in the country, the Moto Guzzi is planning to introduce its newly launched scrambler motorcycle, named as Moto Guzzi V7 II. In the initial period of time, the scrambler would be entering through the CBU (Completely Build Unit) route. The Moto Guzzi V7 II is featuring a 744cc displaced engine, which is mated to a 5-speed transmission. The 744cc displaced engine is tuned to generate a maximum power of 50 BHP and a peak torque of 58Nm. It is also equipped with MGTC (Moto Guzzi Traction Control) and dual channel ABS braking system. The V7 II is currently being offered in three variants; Stone, Special and Racer and we would be expecting to have all these three models for Indian customers.

Moto-Guzzi-V7-II-Special

Talking about the looks of the Moto Guzzi V7 II, it is featuring an Italian retro-styling in its design. No doubt, the Scrambler styling offered by the manufacturer just works as eye-candy for real motorcycle enthusiasts. The newly introduced racer variant was being showcased by the firm at the recently happened event, INTERMOT, 2014. The INTERMOT is the largest motorcycle show, which was held in Cologne, Germany.

The V7 II would be appearing in the Indian two-wheeler market carrying a price tag of Rs 9 Lacs approx. And, it will directly be rivaling with the existing Triumph Bonneville. By providing quality service and wide network range, the Moto Guzzi is expected to spread its wings in all the major cities of the country.
