However, the initial deliveries will start commencing within a few days. The parts and kits of the SUV are being fetched from the BMW's Spartanburg plant situated in the USA.

The design of the car has the new thinking and approach of the new BMW research and development team. But, the company will launch BMW X5 in just xDrive30d model with 3.0 Litre in-line 6-Cylinder diesel engine which would be responsible for producing the 258 HP power and 560 Nm of the torque. It'll have the 8-Speed automatic transmission with all wheel drive and accelerating from 0-100 km/h within 7 seconds with a top speed of 230 km/h. The new BMW X5 will surely be a challenge for the like of Land Rover, Range Rover and Toyota Fortuner.
