Just a few days back, Fiat launched its Punto Evo Facelift in the Indian market and received very good response after that. Now, the next on the lineup of the company is the Punto based crossover Fiat Avventura which will soon in India. Now, we've informed you enough times about the features of the car and now some engine details are also out in the market before the expected launch of the car.
The Avventura will be available in the market with both diesel and petrol fuel options. The petrol version of the car may get 1.4 Litre oil burner which will be enough to produce 89 bhp power and 115 Nm of torque. On the other side, the diesel engine will use the very famous 1.3 Litre multijet power house which will offer the better power of 92 bhp and of course 209 Nm of torque as well. The engineers have worked on this as well and has made the ground clearance of this car nearly 205 mm which is approximately 20 mm more that the existing Punto Evo. More, the car will get externally mounted spare wheel, roof rails and diamond cut alloy wheels as well.
The car will be a good competition to the car like Toyota Etios Cross, VW Cross Polo and of course the sell-soaring Ford EcoSport as well. And, there might be a chance that it may leave the Ford EcoBoost behind on the sales the price tag of INR 6-8.5 Lac could make difference while taking a decision to buy it.
