New Mercedes-AMG G63 To Introduce In India By 2018 End

The Mercedes-Benz G-Class was unveiled in all new phase in the starting of the year 2018. A few weeks later, the Mercedes-AMG G63 was revealed. The G-Class has not generated a good number in last few years so Mercedes-Benz India will introduce the latest edition of the SUV in the country in 2018 end.

The new G63 is equipped with more power output and more luxury equipment setup than ever before. Like previous, the G-Class India will get AMG version and not come with standard or petrol engines.

The new generation G-Class comes with some tweaks making the car look better. It obtains a softer overall design, new LED lights, and a new Panamericana grille. The G63 will feature flared wheel arches, massive 22-inch rims, tell-tale side exhausts, a sprinkling of AMG badges and red brake calipers.

The G63 gets power from a 4-litre bi-turbo engine which is able to churn out a peak power of 577 bhp and a peak torque of 850 Nm. The SUV runs on all-wheel-drive to rule the torque output and able to touch 100 kmph from an idle position in just 4.4-seconds. The new G63 is light-weighted by 174 kilograms than the previous model. The AMG G63 comes mated to a 9-speed dual clutch unit which is also noticeable in the lately introduced Mercedes-AMG E63S.

The Mercedes-AMG G63 in the country will be placed in the flagship SUV range and it is likely to grow in the market as it is among the coolest cars worth to pay money for. We expect the car to be priced over Rs. 2 Crore in India.
