New Triumph Street Triple Rs Unveiled at the Price Of INR 10.55 Lakh

In the line-up with Street Triple, the new model Street Triple RS has launched to add-on with sibling Triple S. The global model of Street Triple has S, R, and RS variants and among those RS is the topper. The new Street Triple RS got the changes in design, kit, and power. The RS has adopted the feature of headlamp cowl from the Speed Triple 2017, a unique back seat cowl, and exotic body-colored belly pan. The subframe of RS can easily be recognized as it is in silver color rather than black on the S model and red on the R model.

One of the attractions of Triple RS is its 5-inch TFT display instrument console with tempting positioning. The console refurbished with a rotating mount and adaptable brightness for a better visibility. There are six customizable and switchable views via a 5-way cube joystick placed on the left side switchgear.

The new bike is powered by 765cc engine and suitable for low and mid-range performance of the bike. The bike has enhanced model rather than Street S in power and torque as Street Triple S churns out 113PS and 73 Nm of torque while the RS makes 123 PS at 11,700 RPM and 77 Nm of maximum torque at 10,800 RPM. The RS has got a standard quick-shifter with a 6-speed gearbox.

The new Street Triple RS has 5 rider modes including two rider mode from S model which are Road and Rain, and three new modes which are Sport, Track, and Rider programmable modes. The Street RS can be switched off completely and it has four traction control built ups which are Road, Sport, Track, and Rain.

The bike is built with high-spec suspension parts as a perform of completely adaptable Showa balance-free Forks and completely adaptable Ohlins rear single shock corresponding to a piggyback reservoir. The front wheel braking is done by a top-spec Brembo M50 monobloc caliper and radial main cylinder and adaptable levers. The ABS incorporates two modes; Road and Track. The rider can also switch the ABS off completely. The tyres of the bike have top-spec which stays sticky for the entire session with Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SPs.

The Street Triple RS is available with a premium version which costs slightly more than Street S. the bike is priced at INR 10.55 lakh(ex-showroom, India). With premium version, one will get extra performance and advanced toolkit. The bike is ready to go against Aprilia Shiver 900, MV Agusta Brutale 800, and Ducati Monster 821.
