New Upcoming BMW 3 Series Facelift to Unveil Next Month

BMW has made a target to take off the cover up from its upcoming 3 Series facelift or the 3 Series LCI next month with visual and mechanical changes. At the front, this car is anticipated to get new optional LED headlights, impressive bumper and a renovated kidney grille. Other features are likely to come with an LED striped taillight, latest alloy wheel patterns and rear bumper, which are believed to give more beautiful and enticing aspect as compared to its outgoing variant. Modifications will be applied inside too with an updated iDrive system and new trim options.

Reportedly, the largest German luxury car manufacturer is aiming to give subtle powertrains upgrades in order to be making this vehicle more fuel efficient than its predecessor. Power is expected to come from a 1.5 litre three cylinder engine for the base variant. The manufacturer is about to commence the production of this sedan in Europe in August. It brought to India in the mid of 2012 at the BMW's Chennai plant and went on sale with a 2.0 litre four cylinder petrol and a 2.0 litre four cylinder diesel engines for 328i and 32d versions, respectively.

The faclifted BMW 3 Series is reported to be revealed in Europe in May between the expected price of INR 30 Lac to INR 40 Lac and will take on the likes of Jaguar XE, Audi A4 and Mercedes C Class.
