Next Gen BMW 7 Series Might be Revealed at 2016 Auto Expo

Recently, a market report has emerged which suggests that the next generation BMW 7 Series will be revealed at the upcoming 2016 Auto Expo held in Delhi. First, this car will be launched in the European market, after being showcased at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show which will be organized in the next week.

It is anticipated that the firm will introduce this sedan car with both petrol and diesel engine options namely, 750Li and 750Ld respectively. The diesel variant will be packed with a new 3.0 liter inline six engine that develops 265 PS, whereas petrol version will get energy from a 4.4 liter, TwinPower turbo V8 motor developing 450 PS. As we all know that BMW 7 Series is available in the Indian market and this time the brand will introduce this runabout with certain technical, mechanical and cosmetics changes.

For ensuring safety, it is equipped with steering and lane control and Crossing Traffic Warning system. Furthermore, the sedan will have surround 3D view, Active Side Collision Protection and the Remote Control Parking System, which automatically parks the car without anyone at the wheel.

As of now, it is estimated that this model will come up with a longer wheelbase and might be slightly changed in width as compared to the ongoing model. To enhance the beauty of the front fascia, modified headlamps are fitted. The cosmetic features at the rear as well as at the front will be revised in order to make the car appealing. The body of the vehicle is constructed with the Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic (CFRP) to keep the car weight less, which helps to pick up mobility and aids in better performance.
