Pagani Automobili, the Italian sports car manufacturer, has almost reached 25 years counting from the first car, the Zonda launch. Horacio Pagani, an Argentine founder who likes fighter planes after few years decided to manufacture his own car. Pagani had started with manufacturing of small-time producers who have remained stable and converted into a profit of generating the fastest cars in the world.
Pagani has already started working on the electric options and it is not about the one sitting and watching out only. As most of the manufacturer is working to put hands in electric cars, Pagani mentions that it is very difficult to stay away from where the world is going. The company will keep manufacturing the internal-combustion engine and side-by-side with the electric powertrains.
Pagani is sure that it would like to go full-electric rather than a hybrid. The purpose of the company is to manufacture a light framework to set a benchmark in EV world along with better performance hypercars like Huayra and Zonda. The handling skills of the cars are well-known, the Pagani EV will also be following the same and provide handling masterpiece as the company doesn’t trust the horsepower race.
The Italian company collaborates with Mercedes for powertrains and this time EV will as well get the German carmakers' excellence in technology advancement. Obviously, it will go in tune with the Pagani engineers, who are exercised to create a sharp performance from the newly sourced power.
