Royal Enfield has officially made an announcement about the initiation of Road Aide Assistance (RDA) service in India. The scheme can be availed by the riders who are having the RE machines that are less than 5 years old. Moreover, the service will be offered with every motorcycle that will be sold from now onwards and at zero cost for the first year. The RSA payment would depend on upon how aged the cruiser is.

RE roadsters, which have completed the journey for 3 years can take this offer at INR 800 per year while the old machines having the age between 3-5 years are going to be assisted at an amount of INR 1000 per year. As far as the services are concerned, the package will provide you free of cost towing services up to a distance less than 100 kms from the breakdown point the closest service centre. After determining that the issue can be fixed, the RSA will send a mechanic to the location. The package also includes issues like minor punctures, battery drainage, electrical failures, and low fuel. Customers can avail the subscription for RE RSA and call on the toll free number- 1800 2100 007 in the case of emergency.
This initiative will be very beneficial for the RE riders as they can go for long journeys without any stress. The riders who own older models would probably enjoy this service too by due course of time.
