Scomadi Scooters to Enter India Officially with TT125 Soon

Scomadi Scooters where Scomadi stands for ‘scooter manufacturing and distribution’ is being said to mark its official entry to Indian market anytime soon in coming months. Here, the brand will introduce its first scooter named TT125 in association with AJ performance of Pune. The homologation process for TT125 has been completed and the brand is gearing up to launch the scooter soon in coming months. The TT125 is a 125cc scooter where TT refers to Turismo Technica. The packed powertrain is a sourced unit from Aprilia.

The manufacturing of Scomadi TT125 is being handled at the brand’s facility that has been shifted from China to Thailand. There, the Scomadi puts the mill on the frame different from the SR125. Well, the powertrain too witnessed alteration in the form of bore and stroke, while the fuel injection borrowed from Delphi is standard without modification.

The mill in question is rated to develop the maximum power of 11 HP at 7300rpm. But for those who seek for performance with more churned power, the company offers a customized mill tuned for generating the 15 hp of power. As the company don’t want to offer the similar product with the heavier engine.

Other than the powertrain, If anyone desires to have customization on his/her terms like of paint scheme and performance upgrades, he/she has to wait for three months from the time given for actual delivery.

The Scomadi TT125 sits on seat height of 773mm and has a ground clearance of 330mm. While runs on Pirelli tyres of measuring 110mm and 120mm on the respective front and rear wheels. The braking duties are under the consideration of Nissin discs at both front and rear wheels in association with Dual channel ABS.

Thanks to a huge 11-liter fuel tank, the Scomadi TT125 does not offer under seat storage. Though, a storage compartment up front along with a luggage carrier at the rear is provided as standard.
