Triumph Tiger 800 XRx and XCx Officially Launched in India, Prices Inside

The Triumph Motorcycles showed up at the correct time at the pre-scheduled venue, as the launching ceremony is going on here at the Mariott, Delhi. The British motorcycle manufacturer has come-up with two of its adventure motorcycles, titled as Triumph Tiger 800 XRx and XCx. Both the adventure motorcycles were made their special appearance at the recently concluded India Bike Week in Goa in the month of February, 2015. Prior to its official launch, the Indian enthusiasts have got a chance to feast and roll their eyes over these upcoming motorcycles.

Being brothers, the Triumph Tiger 800 XRx and XCx, both are sharing similar mechanism. The adventure motorcycle packs up an in-line, three-cylinder motor configuration carrying an engine displacement of 800cc. The liquid-cooled engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission and is tuned to generate a whooping power of 95 BHP @ 9300 revs and achieves a peak torque of 79 Nm @ 7850 RPM. In order to provide an amazing adventure riding, the firm has installed various enhanced equipments. Starting from the big-sized 21-inch wire-spoked wheels, cruise control, Ride-by-Wire system and Traction Control system helps the motorcycles to achieve a better riding capability.

The off-road experience is being enhanced by fully-adjustable WP suspension. The braking duties have been taken care by ABS. The additional highlights of the Triumph Tiger 800 XRx and XCx are the radiator cowls, tank shrouds, a muffler over the exhaust tail, wind-shield, Triumph badge over the engine and newly designed colorful graphics.

Now, moving towards the most awaited section, i.e. the price tags of these adventure motorcycles. The base model of the Triumph Tiger 800 XR carries a starting price of INR 10.5 Lacs, the Tiger XRx is priced at INR 11.6 Lacs and the Tiger 800 XCx will cost you INR 12.7 Lacs.
