UM Motorcycles Announces 24X7 Roadside Assistance Programme Across India

Launched earlier this year, US-based UM Motorcycles with its co-partner Lohia Auto has remarked a good start in the specific cruiser bikes range in India. The bike maker has easily managed to garner a total of over 4000 units as on date. But now, with a vision of getting the firm hold in the market with the existing lineup and upcoming models, UM Motorcycles has announced a 24X7 Roadside Assistance Programme (RSA) for the UM owners in India. The program will be effected from January 1, 2017, across the country for all UM motorcycles. For questioning, the customer can dial up on the toll-free number 18001021942.

This Road Assistance Program will cover the various commonly occurred incidents to benefit the UM Motorcycles customers which are a road accident, issue related dead/flat battery and human error. A facility of supply of up to 1 litre of fuel for a vehicle been immobilized due to empty fuel tank and/or contaminated fuel (Out of Fuel will be up to 1 litre only once in coverage period). A set of other advantages includes lost keys or broken vehicle keys, issues related to puncture, bolts or valve, anytime and anywhere. Under this 24X7 Roadside Assistance Programme, a vehicle will be counted from the moment, the customer will receive the delivery of the vehicle.
