The Indian two wheeler maker, Bajaj Motorcycles is going to introduce the upgrade version of Avenger in upcoming months. Over a long period of time, the Avenger which is known as the cruiser bike has been not upgraded with a major change. But now the company has decided a major change into its cruiser motorcycle.

The new Avenger will be launched with the 200cc engine that company is already using in its products as the Pulsar NS200 and the Pulsar AS200. It is a liquid cooled engine. The 200cc motor will produce a maximum power of 23.5 BHP at 9500 RPM and a peak torque of 18.3 Nm at 8000 RPM. The powerful engine will be mated to a 6 speed transmission.

Apart from this, the new Avenger will be updated with some cosmetic changes as the striker job at the front side whereas, the company will not change its basic look. Likely, the bike will be redesigned with new features such as body panels, round shape headlight, advance braking system, and fully digital instrument console. Bajaj is going to launch the next generation Avenger by end of this year in the Indian two wheeler market. The price of the bike will not change. The new Bajaj Avenger will be sold with a price tag of Rs. 81,084/- (Ex-showroom, Pune).
