Vanguard Roadster Concept Unveiled Ahead of Its Debut

The New York City rooted American bike maker- Vanguard has rendered their first offering, the Vanguard Roadster. It is all set to roll out in front of the world at the New York Motorcycle Show, from 9-11 December.

As per the surfaced reports, the company will launch a total of three models. Out of which, one has already being unveiled as the Roadster and the others, a cruiser and a racer will be launched in future. The uniquely designed Roadster is the best mix of modern classic, as the complete motorcycle is built by metal, except a carbon fiber fuel tank, that offers a distinct appeal to that bulkier looking machine.

On featuring end, it has LED lights, digital instrument cluster with LCD screen, a rear facing camera which ended the need for rear view mirrors and an integrated exhaust system. Other than this, the Ohlins suspension, Brembo brakes, and Metzeler tyres are the featured high-quality bits for an outstanding performance.

Propelling duties on the Roadster concept, are under the consideration of frameless structural engine, a 1917cc v-twin engine from S&S, that is rated to churn 98.9PS of power and 149.7Nm of torque.

As per the Vanguard saying, the production model will hit the automotive market in 2018 at the price tag common to the custom choppers, around US$ 29,995( more or less equivalent to INR 20 lakh).
