For the past few months, the Vespa has been celebrating the success of its iconic scooter through commercials, TV campaigns and various other resources. Recently, the company has launched two new scooters in the global market named as Vespa Esclusivo and Vespa Elegante. Both these scooters will be making their tracks towards Indian market as well.
Now, recently the company has pulled-up the curtains for the brand new 946 Bellissima. Piaggio has mentioned this scooter as a limited edition model, as the company is limited to manufacture only 100 units and is priced at 10,500 USD. The scooter might seem to be much pricier in comparison of other scooters from the brand, but the well-marked design of the scooter will take your heart away.
Technically, the scooter is equipped with a single-cylinder, 4-stroke, 3V electronic injection engine, which sustains fuel-economy by providing 155cc of engine displacement. The braking system has been taken care by dual-disc brake along with two-channel ABS system. The wheels have been provided a modular aluminum newly designed alloy rims. Featuring all these specifications, the scooter can reach a top speed of 93KMPH, carrying 50KMPL fuel-consumption.
In terms of styling, the Vespa 946 Bellissima is featuring the traditional retro theme of the company. The company has introduced new body cover made up of steel sheets and handlebars, saddle support, side panels, front mudguards and rear-mirror support are all made up of aluminum. This is a single-seater scooter, but it also comes along with a saddle which allows you to extend it to a two-seater transform. The all new 2014 Vespa Bellissima will be available in two different colors. The color variants are gray dress with red handle and seat, and the other one is available in blue dress with metallic gray handles.
