Volkswagen has recently launched the Polo Exquisite and Vento Highline Plus Editions in Indian automobile market with numerous updated elements. Based on the highline variant, the former will be priced same as the regular model while the latter will be retailed at a higher price, which goes upto INR 29,000 more than the standard model. The automaker is also offering some exchange benefits and loyalty bonus for both Polo and Vento, amounting to INR 10,000 and INR 20,000 respectively. The powertrain option include petrol and as well as diesel mills.
Polo Exquisite:
It is tweaked with attractive cosmetic equipments that include black roof, wing mirrors covered with carbon fibre, black moulding on the sides, scuff plates, and detachable window blinds. It also gets new floor mats, seat covers and the center console receives a carbon fibre finish. Under the hood, it is packed with a 1.2 litre MPI and a 1.5 litre TDI motor, paired to a 5-speed gearbox. The output is measured at 74Bhp/110Nm for the former one, wheres the latter generates 88.8Bhp/230Nm.
Vento Highline Plus:
This sedan is updated with the similar features just like the above mentioned interior and exterior elements like body moulding, black roof, carbon fibre finish, new seat covers and floor mats. Apart from these, it is also fitted with a touchscreen infotainment alongside navigation facility. Discussing the mechanical configuration, there will be both diesel and petrol trims available in the lineup. Its 1.2 litre GT TSI unit pumps out 103.3 Bhp/175Nm, while the 1.5 litre GT TDI makes 250 Nm o peak torque.
