Slow motion upto 18,500 Frames Per Second; FPS1000

The slow motion photography and videography has been made more happening with the introduction of FPS1000 camera. This camera is an ultra portable device and has the power of portability with performance. The camera is available in few variants and it is priced between 483USD to 960USD.

The Graham Rowan is a UK based company which has created this C-Mount camera. The resolution of the same can be set at 850p in VGA mode and can be stretched to the maximum on Full HD. Watching any damn video in slow motion always gets funny or productive. Doing the same at an affordable cost would be the icing on the cake. At this price point, one can notice the effect of frames easily. Any camera in this range doesn’t provide more than 300 frames per second and that too in stepped down resolution.

The internal assembly of the snapper consists of 16GB to 32GB of storage and 50mm f/1.4 lens. The camera is available in 3 variants. The base version can record VGA resolution of 640x480p at 850 to 16,500 fps. The 2nd version is named as gold and it can shoot the resolution upto 1280x1024 at 200 to 16,500 fps. The highest variant can move with 2560x2048p and can shoot with 70 to 18,500 fps with 32 GB of internal storage. The memory can be expanded via external cards. All these three cameras work on 5V supply and the facility to attach external C-Mount lenses and adapters.
