Acer Cloudbook: Same in Built, Differ in Feel with Windows 10

If you got bored with your Chromebook and want the replacment without compromising on the price, then Acer has a good option for you. Yes, the PC maker has left the HP behind in affordable laptop systems announcing two new devices. So, here you have replacement for your Chromebook with name CloudBook with Windows 10 OS.

Well, Acer ranks first to bring Windows 10 powered laptops to taste, and the most impressive and staggering part of these devices are their affordable price tag which never happened yet in the industry. Only laptops with Chrome OS were offering this affordability in pricing, now Acer has made it possible by bringing the Aspire One Cloudbook in two size variants - one with 11-inch display and another with 14-inch. Hardware are almost same in this new device and the Chromebooks, even the specs are also limited as per the range, the only difference is in its operating system.

Acer Aspire One Cloudbook

Well, both Cloudbooks offer 1366 x 768 pixels screen resolution and have 17.9mm thick body. Intel Celeron processor powers both models and offers smooth multitasking experience with 2GB RAM. On storage side, the 11-inch CloudBook gives the option of 16GB and 32GB while the 14-inch model has 32GB and 64GB options for the same.

Acer is also ofering the 100GB to 1TB of OneDrive storage and one year subscription of Microsoft's Office 365 Personal on the purchase of this device. Apparently, these laptops would be the first in line to bring Windows at such cheap price. The 11-inch Acer Aspire One CloudBook will cost $169 while the 14-inch Aspire One CloudBook will be priced at $199 and will show their existance in August and September respectively.
