Acer Iconia Talk S Tablet With 4G LTE Support Revealed

After launching Iconia Tab 8 W at IFA Event, Acer has geared up to bring more precipitation in the booming competitive market of tablets. According to the reports of Phonearena, company is all-set to dispatch its brand-new voice-calling tab, called Iconia Talk S in Taiwan. The gadget has been priced at $250 and expected to hit the shelves of Taiwan's retail stores in coming days. But, we are yet to hear some official words regarding its global availability and pricing.

Diving into this Android 4.4 KitKat based device, which is housed with 64-bit Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 CPU that is clocked at 1.2GHz. The availability of 4G LTE connectivity and dual SIM support are the most highlighted parts of the handheld. Additionally, it is capable to make and receive calls and texts.

The device features a 7-inch IPS display, which delivers a pixel resolution of 1280 x 720p and uses a "Zero Air Gap" design to provide a brighter, sharper picture in sunlight. Due to inclusion of anti-fingerprint coating on screen, there is no need to worry about fingerprint marks and smudges.

On memory front, it is arrayed with 1GB of RAM along with 16GB of internal storage that can be increased up to 128GB via a Micro-SD card. It is fueled by a 3,780 mAh battery, which looks quite promising for sufficient lifespan. Gadget is paired with 5-megapixel of rear shooter (with no flash) along with a 2-megapixel front snapper. Rest of the specs include, a dual front-facing speakers for good audio experience.
