The Taiwan based Multinational Corporation, Asus has brought two mini PCs in the Indian market, which are designated as VivoMini UN62 and VivoMini UN42. By assimilating powerful hardware and features, these ultra-compact tools have been manufactured to offer full-fledged computing as well as to ensure reliability and extensive compatibility among the consumers.
After launching a raft of new devices in a span of few weeks, this Computer Hardware and Electronics Company seems intended to capture the booming tech space of India. Taking about these wallet-sized machines, which have just 131 x 131 x 42mm of dimension and a weighing of 1kg.
Here,VivoMini UN42 has been integrated with a 1.40GHz Intel Celeron 2957U processor. On the memory front, it will be procurable in 2GB to 16GB RAM options and buyers can also choose SSD storage from 2GB to 256GB. Whereas, UN62 has been designed in two models: 4th generation Intel Core i3 & Core i5 edition. The gadget will be available in 4GB to 16GB RAM and 32GB to 256GB SSD storage options.
On the software front, the VivoMini series tools are loaded with Windows 8.1 or Windows 7 operating system. They incorporate one Kensington lock, Bluetooth 4.0, four USB 3.0 ports, one HDMI, Wi-Fi, four-in-one card reader slot and a DC-in port functionality on the connectivity front.
The energy-efficient tiny computers are capable to display 4K/ UHD resolution, whereby users can utilize them for business applications as well as for home entertainment, what we have seen in 10moons D9i. To allure the folks, they have been announced to come with free WebStorage of 100GB for one year alongside 100GB of Microsoft OneDrive storage for two years.
Moreover, Asus VivoMini UN42 and Asus VivoMini UN62 will go on sale from this month with initial price tags of Rs. 13,500 & Rs. 26,500 respectively.
