Dell Inc. An American privately owned multinational computer technology company has finally brought two more 2-in-1 laptop series in India categorized into the Inspiron 5000 and the Inspiron 3000 series. Both of the series are now available in the country and the price range for Dell Inspiron 11 3000 Series begins at Rs 32,690 while Dell Inspiron 13 5000 Series has been quoted at Rs 49,490.
The former series i.e., Inspiron 3000 Series of 2-in-1 laptops is colorful, lightweight and versatile that makes it act as the first choice for frequent travelers. Under the hood, the laptops come with Sixth Generation Intel Core m3 processor along with 500GB of storage capacity. The company has released the products in two color variants namely Bali Blue and Tango Red and also claims that these laptops can easily provide a battery life of nearly 8 hours at a stretch.
Commenting on the new range, Alen Jose, Product Marketing Director, Consumer and Small Business, Dell India said, "The dynamics of computing in today's world is changing rapidly with users being more informed and selective about devices that cater to both professional and personal needs. The 2-in-1 form factor has been the winning choice, indicating that users desire a single device for all their computing requirements, be it content creation or consumption. The all new Inspiron 3000 & 5000 2-in-1 devices are available with a wide range of processor options and configurable features, enabling students, families, and users looking for great value to connect, learn and achieve more."
The Inspiron 5000 Series is again sleek and full of versatility and it comes equipped with additional features like stunning sound quality, a backlit keyboard and an infrared camera for Windows Hello facial recognition. Both the laptops are touchscreen supportable and can easily be folded into a tablet mode. Other than the Inspiron 13 5000 Series, the company also unveiled its higher variant by the name Dell Inspiron 15, 5000 Series 2-in-1 laptops, but there is no confirmation on the price yet.
In terms of specifications, both the 13-inch and the 15-inch laptops in the Inspiron 5000 Series 2-in-1 laptops boast full-HD display and comes packed with Sixth Generation of Intel Core i7 processor. Additionally, they sport 8GB of DDR4 RAM and a hard disk of 1TB capacity. Unlike Inspiron 3000 Series 2-in-1, they provide a battery life of nearly 9 hours and carries a weight of 1.62Kg. The Inspiron 15 5000 Series 2-in-1, on the contrary, is quite bulky, since its weight begins at 2.08Kg.
