Fujifilm, an optical giant has now offered a newly technological embedded mirrorless camera in the US. The camera will be available from October and the interesting specs of the camera is an 180-degree tilting LCD which is favorable for selfie pictures.
This new camera is dubbed under the moniker X-A3 and is a new member in Fujifilm's X-series line-up. The camera features a 3-inch, 180-degree tilting touch screen. The engineering in this screen innovation is that the screen will slide upwards and the whole display will be visible without any hindrance of the camera body. There is also a self-timer feature along with a smile detection, automatic eye detection autofocus when the screen is flipped for the portrait. However, there is no electronic viewfinder which will give the responsibility of scene framing to the rear LCD display.
The retro design camera is very eye catching in the world of modern offerings, all the top cover, front plate and top dials are made of aluminum while the faux leather texture on the hand grip makes it a definite stopper. Also, the X-A3 is blessed with 11 film simulation modes to add up some more unique effects to the pictures. Total of 10 advanced filters are integrated within the camera like Cross Screen and Fisheye to add some fun to the moments.
This new mirrorless camera added with interchangeable lens costs around 599 USD (INR 40,200) including XC16-50mm F3.5-5.6 OIS II kit lens. The color options will be Silver, Brown, and Pink.
Additionally, there is a 24.2-megapixel camera APS-C sensor with Fujifilm's EXR Processor II. Including 49-point autofocus system, ISO range of 200-25600, full-HD video recording up to 60fps and built-in Wi-Fi for remote camera operation.
The Fujifilm is capable of shooting burst photos up to 6fps and can shoot in RAW also supporting new film simulation modes like PRO Neg.Hi and PRO Neg.Std.
