HP has brought two new tablets Slate 7 VoiceTab Ultra and Slate 8 Plus which have been listed on the company’s official store for pre-order. HP Slate 7 VoiceTab Ultra is available in Singapore for pre-order at the price of SGD 499 (roughly Rs. 24,000) and HP Slate 8 Plus is available at Company’s French website with a price tag of EUR 299 (roughly Rs. 24,500). However, there is no shipping details are available yet.
Slate 7 VoiceTab Ultra
The voice calling tablet gets 7-inch WUXGA LTPS display and provides the great screen output with 1920x1200 pixels. It comes powered with 1.6GHz quad-core HiSilicon Balong V9R1 Cortex-A9 processor to enhance the performance. There is Mali 450 GPU for gives the better graphics output which will definitely give you the best gaming experience.
Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS is used in the device to power it with best user experience. On the picture taking section, it gets 13-megapixel camera on the rear side with LED Flash and a 5-megapixel front camera which is best to click selfies. It comes integrated with 2GB of RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage. It also has expandable storage of upto 32GB via microSD card. Slate 7 VoiceTab Ultra features 3G support; Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n); Bluetooth; GPS, and USB OTG connectivity options and fueled by 5000mAh battery.
HP Slate 8 Plus
The 8-inch IPS display of the tablet is a great offering by the company at the affordable price which gives the screen resolution of 1280x800 pixels. The device is blessed with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS and 1.6GHz quad-core Hisilicon Balong V9R1 ARM Cortex A9 processor. The 1GB of RAM also provides smooth experience while lots of applications are running simultaneously on the same device.
HP Slate 8 Plus is coupled with 5-megapixel auto focus rear camera and 1-megapixel front camera. On the storage front, there is 16GB inbuilt storage and 32GB expandable storage via microSD card.
