Purchase Acer C720 Chromebook at Just Rs. 15,999 via GOSF 2014

In this session, the Taiwanese Multinational Hardware & Electronics Corporation, Acer is on a launching spree and seems intended to capture the marketplace of India. After commencing top-notch smartphones: Liquid Jade and Liquid E700 in domestic space, the tech giant has brought a budget-friendly laptop, called Acer C720 Chromebook as a part of Google's Great Online Shopping Festival (GOSF) that is ongoing from Dec 10 and will be end on Dec 12.

As per NDTV, device had touched the soil of India in October 2013 and it had been announced at Rs. 22,999. But, now this tool is available to buy at a discounted price of just Rs. 15,999 via an online portal: Snapdeal on the occasion of GOSF 2014.

However, device has not so flashiest exterior, but it has a lot of inner beauty and pretty impressive specs to propitiate the consumers. On software front, laptop runs on Google's 64-bit Chrome OS that has been claimed as fast, simple and secure. One more attractive part of the device is its 11.6-inch Multi-touch HD TFT display, which is decked with LED-Backlight Technology and confers 1366x768 pixel resolution.

Touching the memory front, it is coupled with 2GB RAM that is expandable upto 8GB and device has Hard Disk Capacity of 16GB SSD for internal storage. To meet with entire computing requirements seamlessly, it has been integrated with fourth generation Dual-core Intel Celeron 2957U processor that is clocked at 1.40 GHz.

Acer C720 Chromebook is powered by a 3950 mAh Lithium Polymer battery, which is quoted to deliver 8.5 hours of lifespan on a single charge. Rest of the specs include, an inbuilt HD Webcam and connectivity options such as wireless LAN, Bluetooth 4.0, USB and HDMI ports.
