Xiaomi Launches 90 Minutes Ultra-Light Jacket With Waterproof, Windproof Features

The ultra-light, waterproof, and windproof jacket has been disclosed on the Mi crowdfunding stage and has been estimated at just CNY 229 (Approx. Rs. 2,300).

Xiaomi has tied up with famous Chinese wearable brand 90 Points for the production of the jacket. It positions the jacket as a perfect travel companion because of its light weight and various utilizations. The 90 minutes jacket shields from rain, frosty winds, and accompanies a headphone hook on the zip to avoid tangling. Initially reported by GizmoChina, the 3D cut jacket's external covering is made of DuPont Teflon fabric, with the new Teflon EcoElite fabric.

It comes in various shapes and sizes (small, medium, large, and extra-large) for men and ladies. For men, there is an extra XXL size, while the 90-minute jacket is accessible in Black, Bright Grey, Dark Blue, and Military Green color variants. For ladies, it is available in Black, Light Grey, and Rose Red color choices. The jacket is up for registration on the organization site, and Xiaomi will start shipping it from October 18.

With this jacket, Xiaomi has further diversified its extensive product portfolio. The organization has recently tied up with Chinese startup Soocare Cassels to come out with a $35 (Approx. Rs. 2,350) smart electric toothbrush to go up against Philip's Sonicare lineup of electric toothbrushes. It must be noted that a month ago Xiaomi had launched the Mi Robot Vaccum cleaner, and the smart Mi Washing Machine.
