You may set a target to fulfill the goal assigned by your boss but it may harm your health. According to a survey by Daily Mail, it is concluded that some of our habits in office make us unhealthy. Tension in office, eating habits and long sitting make a negative impact on our health.

In the survey, 25% employees were agree that the reason behind their health issues is the environment of the workplace while 25% employees were agree on tension due to work load. These tension issues increases when we get in touch with the people who spoil the environment.

Researcher Dole Live Right has said that approx 50% of employees do not walk even after lunch. It is necessary to take a short walk in lunch time or whenever you get time for it. Employees eat more junk food and drink less water. It is also concluded in the survey that each person in the office takes biscuit or chocolate daily and they do not go in the toilet due to work load.

  • You need to drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
  • Do not get dependent on tea or coffee.
  • Do not sit continuous of the chair, take a short break a walk around.
  • Keep fruits and breakfast in your purse instead of junk food.
