Alcatel Introduced its New Octa-core Phablet, One Touch Hero 2

After launching a Phablet: Flash recently, now TCL-owned tech giant, Alcatel OneTouch has unveiled its new phablet at the IFA 2014 trade show, which is baptized as One Touch Hero 2. Apparently, the device has been exhibited at the ledges of the event with its elegant aluminum outlet that gives it a premium look along with a price tag of Rs. 27,400.

Notably, the device is decked with a stylus, whereby a user can make memorandums and sketch professional outlines. You can also edit office documents and notes with ease due to availability of optimized handwriting recognition. This Android KitKat 4.4-based handset incorporates 2GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6592 processor along with 3100mAh battery that is quoted to deliver talk time of 10 hours.

The most attractive part of this phablet is the inclusion of 13.1-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash that is housed with some unique attributes like HDR, optical image stabilization, panorama and touch focus. It also bestows a 5-megapixel selfie snapper at an economical value. In terms of storage, it is arrayed with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage, which can be enlarged up to 32GB via a microSD card.

On the connectivity front, the handset comprises 3G, 4G, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/ A-GPS and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n functionally in its shell.
