Android Based BB Priv Leaked Images Shows 4K Video Recording

Blackberry last month showcased its first Android smartphone, Blackberry Priv, in images. The leaked images did not revealed much more about the handset at that time. However, this time leaked images shows the device video recording capabilities and many more features.

According to the leaks, the Android powered smartphone features a 5.4-inch Quad HD display with a resolution of 2560*1400 pixels. It is powered by Hexa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 64-bit processor coupled with Adreno 418 GPU.

As per the leaks by N4BB website, the device would support 4K video recording at 30 frames per second with resolution of 2160*4096 pixels. The dual curved screen handset also offer a video recording in full HD and HD resolutions respectively. The smartphone features a 13 megapixel rear snapper.

Blackberry also provides a Safeguard app, which is said to let the users to view the Blackberry Priv's security status. By this app, users can view and edit the smartphone app settings, developer options, screen lock, and more.

The leaked images of the Priv states that the smartphone runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system and also sport a battery level indicator on right side of the display at the time of charging.

Based on the preliminary leaks and rumors, the smartphone clubs a 3GB RAM and have the internal storage of 32GB which is further expandable via microSD card. For the Connectivity option, the device includes 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.1 LE, GPS + GLONASS.
