Asus Rolls Out ZenFone 3 Max (ZC553KL) in India

Asus has now made its ZenFone 3 Max (ZC553KL) smartphone available across the country at a price rate of Rs 17,999. The handset is now available via Asus’s preferred retail outlets and other online portals in Sand Gold, Glacier Silver, and Titanium Gray colour variants.

The smartphone was initially introduced last month in the country along with the (ZC520CL) model named ZenFone 3 Max, which is already available in India. Both of the smartphones, the Asus ZenFone 3 Max (ZC520TL) and the Asus ZenFone 3 Max (ZC553KL) are blessed with some specifications as common including a same design language, a great 4100mAh battery, a fingerprint sensor at rear panel of the handset, Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow based company’s ZenUI on the top, and a hybrid dual-SIM (micro+Nano) support.

As per as specifications are concerned, the ZenFone 3 Max (ZC553KL) is blessed with a 5.5-inch full-HD display of resolution 1080X1920 pixels. The Android smartphone is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC paired with 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM. It packs 32GB of inbuilt memory space, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.

Optical part of the Dual-SIM handset includes a 16-megapixel rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture and dual-LED flash. An 8-megapixel front shooter is also provided by the company with an f/2.2 aperture and an 84-degree wide-angle lens for shooting selfies. Connectivity options of the GSM handset includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth v4.1, FM radio and Micro-USB. Furthermore, the sensor part on the board includes accelerometer, ambient light sensor, magnetometer, gyroscope, and proximity sensor.

The 4100mAh battery is the highlighting factor of both of the smartphones, which can also be used as a power bank. For 5.5-inch screen variant, the battery is claimed to deliver up to 17 hours of 3G talktime and up to 38 days of 4G standby time, whereas, for the 5.2-inch screen variant, it is claimed to deliver up to 20 hours of 3G talk time and upto 40 days of 4G standby time.
