Two new smartphones has been teased for India by Gionee on Flipkart. As per the reports, the company is facing fiscal problems in China and might even file for debt.
It is been more than seven months that Gionee has not launched any new smartphone in India. Because of the debt, the company declared this big news and teased the two smartphones which also claimed that the company failed to pay marketing businesses, fiscal creditors and approx. 400 suppliers, hence right file for the debt.
It was also reported in India that Karbonn Mobile promoter and shareholder Vohra can purchase the Gionee India but the reports are not yet confirmed.
And if we see the new teaser, it clearly says that Gionee will soon bring the two new smartphones to India. From both the devices, one will have a full-view display, ‘great camera’ at a low price, says Flipkart and another smartphone will have ‘great performance’ ‘beautiful design’, and ‘long lasting battery’, as per the listing.

Gionee has not yet disclosed any details about the upcoming Gionee devices. We can only guess from the teaser image that the smartphone on the top left corner will have a horizontal dual-rear camera along with a fingerprint sensor which will be located in the upper centre of the rear panel.
Gionee in April launched the S11 Lite and F205 in India. The features of both the devices were- full view displays with 18:9 aspect ratio, and also supported Face Unlock. The S11 Lite also has dual rear cameras and also featured Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core SoC coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM.
