HTC secretively Made One (M8 Eye) Out for Preorder, will Launch on October 15

HTC had made the floor boomed on its Double Exposure event by offering the selfie smartphone Desire Eye and Re Camera. People were also hoping that this event will bring the new One series smartphone also. Though, the Company disappointed the New York City, presenting only two products. But, what we looked after the launching of those two gadgets that the Taiwanese major went to eShop shopping portal of China silently and added the much anticipated One (M8 Eye).

Considering its name, we can simply call it the successor of HTC’s flagship device One M8. Basically, the HTC One (M8 Eye) seems equivalent as HTC One (M8), but differs in hardware parts. Specially, the rear camera section is revamped with Sony’s 13MP IMX214 sensor, replacing the company’s own 4MP UltraPixel sensor. The same sensor can also be seen in HTC Butterfly 2 and the HTC Desire EYE. But, at the front side, it differs from the Desire Eye and matches with One (M8) by offering the same 5MP front camera.

It is said that it will run Android 4.4.2 KitKat with Company’s own Sense 6 UI. This handset will come paired with 2GB of RAM. It will feature 5-inch full-HD display and will come in two storage variants - 16GB and 32GB.
