Hey Apple Lovers, the biggest news is here to hit the doors of your home with sparkling announcement. Its officially confirmed by the Cupertino giant that iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus will ship to India on October 17 as earlier mistakenly posted on Apple India website which was later removed by Company officials. By sending emails late on Sunday, the Apple guys has confirmed about its official unveiling without any price detail. However, authorized dealers of these monarch devices have also sent out the emails regarding the price and availability one day back.
The Cupertino gargantuan has decided for the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus prices will be announced by their authorised partners include Ingram Micro, Redington, Rashi Peripherals and Reliance. Preorder for both the devices will be going to begin this week from October 7. Well, the Company has not announced the price tag as discussed above, but we have got the pricing details from NDTV Gadgets.
It is reported that 4.7 inch iPhone 6 16GB variant will be going to sale in India at Rs. 53,500 while the 5.5 inch model is set to unveil at Rs. 62,500. Indian market will also grab the 64GB and 128GB iPhone 6 at Rs. 62,500 and Rs. 71,500 respectively. On the other side, 64GB and 128GB iPhone 6 Plus will be available at Rs. 71,500 and Rs. 80,500 respectively.
Earlier, the Airtel website had also listed the bigger 5.5 inch model to indicate the availability will soon hit the Indian floor. The handsets get huge response after the showcasing on September 9 and also received around 4 million preorders in its first wave. The smartphone has also faced the Bendgate issue, but still stand in the market to lure customers.
