Leaked Images of Yu Yuphoria revealed Some Specs Ahead of Launch

The day isn’t so far when the Indian soil will experience the Yu Yuphoria. Countdown has begun for the launch of the plushy smartphone and a leak has suddenly caught on web, telling about some of its specifications.

Finally, we have got some specs to talk on this unannounced handset. The Micromax device has been leaked in images. One of the images clearly shows the Yu branding on top of the front panel while its predecessor has the branding on back panel only.

We now have idea about its connectivity feature. It is said to come with 4G LTE connectivity and will run on Android 5.0 Lollipop based CyanogenMod 12 OS. Yu Yuphoria was in rumours since its name wasn’t decided by the official. After playing with puzzles for its name, the next Yu smartphone has got its fate as Yuphoria. Though, its fate for the success will decide after hitting the stores. On the other side, company is bringing its predecessor in open sale for two days to end the stock for boosting the upcoming new device’s business.

This yet-to-launch Yu handset will take the power from 64-bit processor and will equip with 2GB RAM and 16GB built-in storage. A screenshot of the CM12 running Yu Yuphoria has also been leaked which is hinting about its LTE and dual SIM support. It is said that this smartphone will also follow the path of its elder brother and will be selling exclusive via Amazon India. No other details about the specs, availability and pricing are known yet. Wait till May 12 to gather all the specifics of the device.
