Lenovo has brought one more smartphone in its S series, dubbed S850 which is priced at Rs. 15,499. It is expected that market will get the phone to taste in the end of this month. You can also pre-order the phone from company’s official 'The Do Store' which is available at discounted price of Rs. 15,299 and will be shipped on the date of July 28. It runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS to give great user experience. However, the official website is showing the out dated Android 4.2 OS in specification section of S850. The dual SIM smartphone comes with 3G connectivity support. This handset was released first in MWC 2014 along with Lenovo S660.
Lenovo S850 features 5-inch HD display which gives the screen resolution of 720x1280 pixels. The 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek (MT6582) processor blesses the device with fast performance. Its 1GB of RAM fills your experience with more accessibility when you are using several applications. On the imaging section, its 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera is quite impressive with 5-megapixel fixed focus front shooter.
For storing huge data, there is 16GB inbuilt storage. However, expandable storage is not known yet. What you will say about its connectivity features, coupled in handset. They are Wi-Fi, GPRS/ EDGE, Bluetooth and Micro-USB support. S850 is coupled with 2000mAh battery which is capable for delivering 13 hours of talk time and 336 hours of standby time. This smartphone comes pre-loaded with SECUREit app which is a kind of security software to secure your handset. There are two more pre-loaded apps SHAREit and SYNCit available, for phone-to-phone data transfer without mobile or Wi-Fi network and for permanent backup of all data respectively.
